The service request area of the AADS web site is used to interact with CIT staff assigned to this area. You will be able to request Kerberos server principals (srvtabs/keytabs), report problems, request permits/CUWebLogin registrations and more.

There are also three "utility" functions contained in this section. The first is the ability to "test" SideCar access. Clicking on "Test SideCar" will cause the AADS site to attempt to authenticate you via SideCar. If successful, your NetID will be displayed. The second utility is similar, but is used to test CUWebLogin authentication. Finally a web-based CUSSP error decoding utility is provided for decoding the large, cryptic error code which come back from CUSSP when CUWebAuth encounters problems.
